Empowering Bradford’s Communities through Connection, Care, and Communication.

​Our Story: Rooted in Bradford
​Your Connect Hub CIC was born from a simple observation: in a city as vibrant as Bradford, no one should be left behind. We saw our elderly neighbors struggling with isolation, and our local youth with nowhere safe or productive to go. We noticed that for many individuals of all walks of life, the world can feel inaccessible due to a lack of reliability, respect, understanding and support.


​We decided to build a bridge -

'A light to share, A circle of care'.


​As a Community Interest Company, we aren’t driven by profit. We are driven by the people of Bradford. Every resource we have will be reinvested directly into our community to ensure that care, connection, and communication are available to everyone—regardless of age, ability, or background.


We are seeking a permanent home in Bradford to provide a long-term, stable foundation for social change. Our staff-led programs will transform this physical space into a hive of activity, from youth mentorship to elderly care.

​Our Journey

Phase 1 Underway

Building the Foundation for Bradford.

Your Connect Hub CIC is currently in its exciting first phase of development. While we are officially registered and ready to serve, we are currently focusing our energy on two key goals:

  • ​Securing our Permanent Home: We are actively scouting locations in Bradford to find the perfect building to house our togetherness lunches, youth space, and community clinics.
  • ​Funding & Partnerships: We are currently in the process of securing essential funding and sponsorships to ensure our "Door-to-Hand" transport fleet and community programs are sustainable for the long term.


​We are not yet open for walk-in services, but the wheels are in motion! We are building a bridge—one brick at a time.

We don’t just pick you up at the curb; we provide a "door-to-hand" experience, assisting you safely from your home to your destination and back again.

​Food is better when shared. We host daily community meals designed to tackle food insecurity and social isolation. Whether you are looking for a nutritious lunch or simply a friendly face to chat with, our kitchen is the heart of the Hub. A warm, safe environment for all generations to connect.

Language should never be a barrier to getting the help you deserve. Our team provides multilingual support to help you navigate essential services. We can help with filling out forms, understanding official letters, and booking GP appointments in Urdu, Punjabi, and other local languages.
